How to Import License Checkouts

Overview:

The License Checkout Importer lets you bulk import license checkout records into AMFJ using a simple CSV file. If you've used the license or asset importer, the process will feel familiar.

👣 Step-by-Step Guide:

🚀 Step 1: Start the Import

1. From the License Checkout screen, click the Import button in the top right corner.

1. Select Import License Checkouts

📁 Step 2: Upload Your File

1. Click Upload file or drag and drop your CSV file from your computer.

🧩 Step 3: Map Your Fields

1. Match each column from your spreadsheet to the correct AMFJ field.
2. Required fields must be mapped before proceeding.
3. If you need additional fields for your license checkouts, you can add them in-app before importing — they’ll then appear as mapping options.
4. Once all fields are mapped, click Next.

🔎 Step 4: Review & Correct Your Data

1. The Verify Data screen highlights any invalid data in red.
2. You can edit invalid data directly on this screen.
3. Once all issues are resolved, click Import to complete the process.

Your license checkouts are now imported and ready to use in AMFJ.
