How to Import Licenses

Overview:

The License Importer lets you quickly bring license records into AMFJ using a simple CSV file. If you've used the asset importer, you'll feel right at home — the workflow is nearly identical.

👣 Step-by-Step Guide:

🚀 Step 1: Start the Import

1. From the Licenses screen, click the Import button in the top right corner.

1. Select Import Licenses

📁 Step 2: Upload Your File

1. Click Upload file or drag and drop to select your CSV, XLS, or XLSX file from your computer.

🧩 Step 3: Map Your Fields

1. Match each column from your spreadsheet to the correct AMFJ field.
2. Required fields must be mapped before proceeding.
3. If you need additional fields for your licenses, you can add them in-app before importing — they’ll then appear as mapping options.
4. Once all fields are mapped, click Next.

🔎 Step 4: Review & Correct Your Data

1. The Verify Data screen highlights any formatting issus in red.
2. You can edit invalid data directly on this screen.
3. Once all issues are resolved, click Import to complete the process.

Your licenses are now imported and ready to use in AMFJ.
