How to Export Licenses & License Checkouts

Overview:

The License Exporter allows you to quickly download your licenses and license checkouts, making it easy to review, share, and manage your licensing data.

Designed to complement the Import Licenses & Checkouts feature, exporting gives you greater flexibility and control over your data

👣 Step-by-Step Guide

🚀 Step 1: Start the Export

From the Licenses screen, click the Export button in the top-right corner.

☑️ Step 2: Select Your Options

In the dialog box, select Include Checkouts if you want to export checkout records along with your licenses.

Then click Export Licenses.

📥 Step 3: Download Your Files

Click the Download button next to the file(s) you want to save.

🙌 That’s it!

Your licenses and checkouts are now exported and ready to use.
