Managing Licenses
Our Licenses module offers an efficient and reliable approach to monitor and handle your software licenses.
Main Licenses Screen:
On the main License screen, you'll find a list of your organization's licenses, including details like Total Seats and Availability. From this page, you can also add new licenses and access the custom fields section.
Adding a License: You can easily add a new License directly from this screen by clicking the Add new license button in the right hand corner of the page.
Custom Fields: To access your custom fields please click the License fields tab.
To Add a new custom field, click the Add field button. To edit or delete a field click the ellipsis menu under the Actions column of the corresponding field.
⚠️ Deleted fields cannot be restored or re-created⚠️
The Edit Screen:
Input the total number seats for each license, assign to team members, and optionally set a reminder when your seat count has reached the minimum threshold.
Never miss a cancellation deadline or opportunity to renegotiate the terms of your renewal by leveraging our Renewal Date field.
Additionally, similar to Assets and Accessories, you can create relationships to assets by linking them to your licenses, link your licenses to issues and JSM tickets, and conveniently attach relevant records such as licensing contract documents.
