Why aren't my users syncing?

In order for us to query your Atlassian users for syncing please enable the following permissions: 

  1. Go to Settings > System.
  2. On the left side menu, click Global permissions.
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the permissions page.
  4. Select Grant "Browse users and groups" to a group of which the affected user is part.
  5. Select Group and choose any one of the following options such that we can pull users from your instance:
    • atlassian-addons
    • jira-workmanagement-users
    • jira-servicedesk-users
    • jira-software-users
    6.  Click " Add"
