Why aren't my users syncing?
In order for us to query your Atlassian users for syncing please enable the following permissions:
- Go to Settings > System.
- On the left side menu, click Global permissions.
- Scroll to the bottom of the permissions page.
- Select Grant "Browse users and groups" to a group of which the affected user is part.
Select Group and choose any one of the following options such that we can pull users from your instance:
