Reports in Asset Management for Jira
Reports in Asset Management for Jira gives you a flexible way to keep track of Assets, Licenses, and Accessories so you can spot issues early and plan ahead. Whether you’re monitoring warranty expirations, tracking license renewals, or simply organizing your inventory, this module will help you surface exactly the information you need when you need it.
You can create reports using filters across Assets, Licenses, and Accessories.
- Asset custom fields are available for reporting.
- Licenses & Accessories: Fixed system fields are available. Custom fields are coming soon.
Reports allow you to:
- Apply conditions based on specific asset, license, accessory, and user criteria.
- Combine multiple filters using AND and OR logic for precise results.
- Save your reports for future use.
- Export reports to CSV for sharing or further analysis.
